    Product Description

    Steel structures are fully fabricated as designed in accordance with the specifications of the customer, shipped to site in completely knocked down condition; and assembled and erected at site. These steel structures are pre-designed using computer aided design analysis into standard sizes, spans, bays and heights. And use standard details for fixing purlins, cladding, roofing gutters, flashing, windows, doors, etc. taking advantage of industrial practices of mass production of components economically.


    Product Parameter

    The steel structure building includes following parts:
    1. Steel main frame
    If the building is hundreds of square, it will be according to the wind speed to calculate the main frame -- Square tube or H steel section.
    2. Secondary frame
    Steel structure building's secondary frame will be galvanized square tube or C purlin according to building’s size and wind load.
    Secondary supporting part mainly refer to C/Z section or square tube steel purlins and bracing system for prefabricated steel structure construction building.
    3. Roof and wall cladding system
    Usually, steel structure building's cladding will be corrugated steel sheet or sandwich panel, depending on customers' requirements.
    4. Doors & windows system
    It usually use rolling shutter door, sliding door and aluminium sliding window.

    Packaging and Shipping

    Packaging Detail:
    The packing method for main steel frame will use steel pallet, which can be better to protect steel frame and make the loading and unloading faster and more convenient since it could be taken as a whole. It could also save the quantity of shipping containers and cost of ocean freight.
    Other parts packed in parcels such as steel purlin and steel sheet, all loaded into 40ft HQ. Safe and easy handle.

    Installation

    Anchor bolt installation:
    1. Anchor bolt site inspection; Bolts, nuts and washers should be oiled to protect and avoid to be rusted.
    2. Install the positioning plate; Recheck the plate holes position before installation;
    3. Install bolt group;
    4. Anchor bolt fixation;
    5. Bolt sets reinspection;
    6. Thread protection;
    7. Concrete pouring.
    Anchor bolt will be pre-embedded according to final Anchor Bolt Drawing. It should use template install, positional deviation is ±5mm.
